bernedoodleDo works with puppy litters up until the moment they go home and give them the opportunity to learn socialization skills for their new forever homes. Come prepared to CUDDLE and give and receive lots of kisses!
This yoga class will be held inside the studio and it will be a fun flow suitable for all levels.

Fine Print:
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult ticket-holder. (Everyone must purchase a ticket, including children.)
- Tickets must be purchased in advance.
- You will check in at the studio (ID may be required). There are NO physical tickets.
- You will need to sign a waiver form before being allowed to join the class!
- We will have a photographer/videographer at our classes for our social media pages/youtube and a waiver form that must be signed before the class starts.

Ready to try yoga or to take time to learn more? Elizabeth is a highly experienced yoga teacher who will help you learn the basics of yoga in a comfortable and welcoming environment. In this 90 minutes workshop, you will learn breathing practices that reduce stress and help alleviate muscle tension.  Yoga poses will be explained, demonstrated, and practiced slowly to ensure everyone feels good. Learn how move mindfully, and to stretch and strengthen properly. Discover ways to ease all those aches and pains. In the end, you will learn how yoga can be the ultimate self-care practice.

In this event Frank DeVar will go over and teach you:
- How current lifestyles can contribute to misaligned / weakened hips
- An anatomy lesson on the specific muscles we'll focus on in the workshop
- At-home strength and mobility techniques for optimal hip care.

Then, Abbey Garcia will lead you though deeper hip-openers you'd experience in a yoga class.
At the end of the workshop, Frank will provide free 5-minute massage sessions.

About Frank DeVar: Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Pilates Instructor.
His background is in competitive running, and he ran collegiately at the University of Mary Washington before competing on professional teams in Washington D.C. and Greenville. Currently, Frank is the owner and founder of Elite Stretch and Strength, offering sports massage, assisted stretching and instruction on strength/mobility techniques.
